Express post orders need to be received by our office by 12pm to be dispatched on the same day.
Regular post orders are generally received 3 to 5 days after we deliver to Australia Post.
Most of our orders are shipped via eParcel. Australia Post provides your tracking information.
We can arrange shipping insurance for orders within and outside Australia. To arrange, please email details to orders@phion.com.au
For customers outside Australia, additional duties and/or import taxes may apply to your order upon arrival into your country. We suggest you investigate this first before finalising your order.
