Replacement Apollo Bottle Top Washers
We suggest that you regularly clean the Apollo and two inner rubber washers. Over time, the washers may need replacing. The steps for both cleaning and replacing washers are:
- Remove the two inner white washers with a pointed instrument.
- Immerse the Apollo and washers in lemon juice or white vinegar.
- Clean out any organic residue with a toothbrush or similar brush.
- Rinse theApollo and washers thoroughly in clean water.
- Replace the washers by folding each washer into a U shape and placing them on one end below the bottom screw area. Then use a round-end knife to press the washer into place. The washers should move very slightly from side to side if in position below the screw area.
